Basic Maintenance Plan included with the purchase includes a (1) one year parts coverage, 90 days labor coverage, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST/EDT telephone support and software upgrades in the 1st year. Loaner equipment is not provided during repair times. Basic Plan can only be extended at time of purchase.

Extended Maintenance Agreement Options

Option 1:

• 25% with order for 2 year plan,

• 25% end of 2nd year to extend to 3 years.

  Option 2:

• 30% with order for 3 year plan.

• Extends Basic Plan to include 24/7 telephone support. * Labor to 2/3 years, parts to 2/3 years.
• Software upgrades to 2/3 years.
• Provides loaner equipment during any repair periods.
